The stoping roadway of Shenxin Wudong Coal Mine is influenced by the interaction between ground stress and the adjacent working face of the same coal seam,resulting in serious deformation and failure.In order to avoid the influence of co-mining near the working face,the mining method is adjusted from the double working face to the single working face,and the support scheme of the stoping roadway is readjust.Taking B3+6 working face in the southern mining area of Wudong Coal Mine as the research object,this paper conducts a systematic study on the roadway by means of field investigation,field measurement and numerical simulation,and obtains the roadway support parameters.(1)The reason why the mining area is strongly affected by the ground stress is analyzed through the ground stress measurement.The mechanical properties of the coal seam roof and coal are analyzed by using the mechanical properties test of surrounding rocks.The roof is classified as type 1 unstable roof and the coal is judged as soft coal.(2)through the loose circle of B3+6 face as part of the Ⅳ general instability of surrounding rock of roadway surrounding rock,soft rock,the surrounding rock of combined arch support theory and express the methods;(3)The length,anchoring mode,spacing and other parameters of anchor rod(cable)are studied through numerical simulation,and three sets of support schemes are formulated,and the optimal scheme is obtained through the comparison of support effect and economy.(4)Industrial verification shows that there is no potential danger of bolt fracture in anchor cable,and the anchor cable provides enough anchorage force,and the roadway support parameters are reliable.The optimization scheme not only increases the support strength of roadway,but also saves 157 yuan per meter of roadway support cost.According to the mechanical properties of surrounding rock,test results of loose zone,numerical simulation and field application,the safe,reliable and economic supporting parameters of roadway are finally determined.The problem of roadway support in Wudong coal mine is solved,which provides an accurate support scheme for mining roadway support and a reference for similar mine support design. |
