With the development of society, many consumers pay attention to the quality of fresh agricultural products, which promotes the rapid development of cold chain logistics. On the one hand, the development of cold chain logistics has driven the rapid development of economy, but affects the ecological environment. In recent years, the city's haze phenomenon is increasing, which will speed up the development pace of China's low carbon logistics. In the process of logistics, pay attention to the carbon emission reduction is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of distribution, also can improve the current environmental situation.Firstly, this paper introduces the existing domestic and foreign research status of cold chain logistics, vehicle scheduling and carbon emission as well as the existing problems in the research, the research status at home and abroad and other emergency supplies scheduling and the main problems existing in the research, and then describes the related theory of cold chain logistics, logistics vehicle scheduling, carbon emissions and vehicle scheduling algorithm;secondly, analysis the logistics distribution decision support system,by considering fixed cost, transportation cost, penalty cost, refrigeration costs, damage costs and carbon emissions cost, then structure the model of vehicle dispatching for fresh agricultural products logistics with the lowest total cost;thirdly, according to the mathematical model, discusses the solution algorithm, design an improved hybrid ant colony algorithm, with the algorithm solving the fresh agricultural products logistics distribution vehicle scheduling model, after comparison hybrid improved ant colony algorithm can get better solutions;finally, puts forward the countermeasures and measures of reducing carbon emissions in the process of fresh agricultural products distribution.
