Abstract/Summary:
With the continually improving carbon emission trading system of China,the amount of carbon emissions has gradually become an important factor affecting the economic benefits of enterprises.For logistics transportation enterprises,the high carbon emission of transportation vehicles will lead to the increase of enterprise cost and the decrease of operating profit.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to choose the appropriate vehicle renewal strategy and reduce the total cost of transportation companies in consideration of carbon emissions.Y Logistics Company is a small logistics transportation company based in Quanzhou,which is mainly engaged in the area from Fujian Province to northern China.Every year,the company’s staff make vehicle renewal plans according to their own judgments and the condition of vehicles in the fleet.However,due to the unqualified professional staff and the lack of long-term planning,a scientific and reasonable vehicle renewal strategy has not yet been formed,especially considering the carbon emission cost,which can easily result in high long-term operating costs of the company.Therefore,how to formulate the optimal vehicle renewal strategy in combination with the actual situation of Y Logistics Company become an important link in reducing the total cost of enterprises.In this thesis,the life cycle cost of vehicle renewal in Y Logistics Company is taken as the optimization goal.Firstly,on the premise of reading a large number of literatures,the related concepts and accounting methods of carbon emission,the current situation of vehicle renewal and related research are summarized and analyzed.Secondly,as the research object,the current vehicle renewal problem of Y Logistics Company is analyzed.Thirdly,under the guidance of the Life Cycle Cost theory,the specific situation of this enterprises is taken to account,and the vehicle renewal strategy model is constructed on the basis of considering the carbon emission cost.With the help the technical learning curve of power batteries and the uncertainty of the price of traditional fuel,the optimal vehicle renewal strategy in the long-term operation process is provided for enterprises,and the factors affecting the vehicle renewal strategy are discussed.The results show that from the perspective of long-term operation,electric logistics vehicles have advantages in cost saving.The budget for updating vehicle investment directly affects the decision of enterprises on whether to use electric logistics vehicles and the speed of their update.Given the appropriate rental coefficient,enterprises can adopt different business models to use electric logistics vehicles according to their own conditions;Considering the carbon emissions,the "declining slope" of government subsidies does not reduce the competitiveness of electric logistics vehicles.
