| High cost,low efficiency,serious chain breakage,outstanding safety problems,high energy consumption and high carbon emission are the bottleneck problems that have long restricted the high-quality development of low-carbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in China.These problems are mainly caused by the low degree of multi-agent coordination of low-carbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products,which leads to the disconnection of all circulation links of fresh agricultural products.Therefore,how to effectively guide the multi-agents of lowcarbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products to participate in collaboration and obtain synergy to solve the bottleneck problems has become an urgent problem for the high-quality development of low-carbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products.In view of this,based on system theory,coordination theory,evolutionary game theory,stakeholder theory and other theories,this paper comprehensively used the research methods of literature analysis,field investigation,evolutionary game modeling and system dynamics to model and simulate the multi-agent collaborative system of low-carbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products.Firstly,the framework of multi-agent collaborative system of low-carbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products was constructed,and the multi-agent collaborative sequence parameters of low-carbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products were identified.Secondly,the evolution law of multi-agent collaborative system of low-carbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products was explored.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to promote the multi-agent collaboration of low-carbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products.The main research content and innovative points are as follows:(1)Based on stakeholder theory,system theory and synergy theory,firstly,the core stakeholders of the multi-agent collaborative system were identified as fresh agricultural products suppliers,cold chain logistics service providers and fresh agricultural products sellers,and the formation process of collaborative relationships between different stakeholders from both horizontal and vertical perspectives was analyzed,and from the three dimensions of organizational collaboration,technical collaboration and information collaboration,this paper analyzed the collaborative behavior among agents,and a diversified and multi-level multi-agent collaborative system architecture of low-carbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products was proposed Innovatively;secondly,it was pointed out that the key problems of multi-agent collaboration are the low level of organizational standardization,insufficient innovation and application of key technologies,and low level of information sharing and utilization;finally,the order parameters of multi-agent collaboration in different dimensions were analyzed from four aspects: collaborative benefits,collaborative costs,collaborative risks and policy guidance.(2)Based on the evolutionary game theory,considering the relationship between multi-agent organizational collaboration,technology collaboration,information collaboration and carbon emission of cold chain logistics,the multi-agent horizontal co-evolutionary game model and vertical co-evolutionary game model of low-carbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in different dimensions were constructed,and the models were solved and the stable points were analyzed.The results show that: In the absence of government participation,the stability points of multi-agent horizontal(vertical)organizational collaboration,technical collaboration and information collaborative evolution game systems are determined by the relationship between collaborative benefits,collaborative costs and hitchhiking losses(benefits).With the participation of the government,in addition to the above factors,the stability points of the systems are also affected by government cost subsidies,regulatory penalties,and carbon cap-and-trade policy.In particular,the carbon capand-trade policy is not always conducive to the multi-agent collaboration of lowcarbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products.(3)Based on the system dynamics method,the multi-agent collaborative system of low-carbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products was simulated.Firstly,the modeling purpose and system boundary were analyzed.Secondly,the relationship between horizontal collaboration system and vertical collaboration system was analyzed,and the causality diagram was constructed.Then,according to the causality and evolutionary game models,the system dynamics model of multi-agent organization collaboration subsystem,multi-agent technology collaboration subsystem and multi-agent information collaboration subsystem were constructed respectively.Finally,numerical simulation was substituted,and the evolution law of each subsystem was found comprehensively,especially revealed the evolutionary law between the horizontal collaborative subsystem and the vertical collaborative subsystem.Specifically: First,multi-agent collaborative systems under different dimensions have some common evolutionary laws.Initial willingness,reasonable benefit allocation mechanisms,cost subsidies,and regulatory mechanisms are conducive to promoting the evolution of various subsystems towards synergy.Second,multi-agent collaborative systems in different dimensions have their own special evolution laws.Second,multi-agent collaborative systems in different dimensions have their own special evolution laws.By regulating special key factors such as different consumer preferences,organizational efficiency improvement,information synergy utilization ability,carbon trading prices,etc.,various entities can be guided to achieve collaboration in different dimensions.Third,the horizontal and vertical collaborative subsystems in different dimensions interact with each other.Horizontal organizational collaboration and technical collaboration are beneficial to vertical organizational collaboration and technical collaboration,and horizontal information collaboration and vertical information collaboration can promote each other.These laws can provide theoretical basis for the practice of low-carbon cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in different situations.(4)On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation experiments,combined with practical development,this paper systematically proposed countermeasures and suggestions to guide the multi-agent collaboration of low-carbon cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural products from four aspects: stimulating the driving force within the main body,strengthening the market force function,improving their own collaborative ability,and improving government guidance measures. |
