Research On Marine Ecological Security Of Zhejiang Based On PSR Model

Marine ecological security is an important of Zhejiang ecological security,objectively evaluation of marine ecological status is an important guarantee of grasping the degree of ocean development accurately.This article is based on the understanding of many scholars,expounding connotation and specifics of marine ecological security.After following the principles of choice of indicators and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation model,this article constructs the index system and evaluation model of marine ecological security in Zhejiang province based on PSR model,determining weights using analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.Finally,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the overall status of marine ecological security in Zhejiang Province in recent years.The results shows that the comprehensive index of marine ecological security in Zhejiang showed an increase in the fluctuation and an occasional decline,and Zhejiang marine ecological security is currently in the general state.After analyzing the impact mechanism of marine ecological security in Zhejiang province,ecological security Control measures are mainly three aspects,to weaken the ecological security pressure,to repair ecological function,and to Strengthen response efficiency.In order to weaken the ecological security pressure,the development of marine resources should be carried out in a controlled manner,regard the relationship between economic development,social progress and ecological security from a long-term perspective.In order to achieve the purpose of ecological security,first of all,we must pay attention to environmental pollution from the ideological point of view.We not only manage the phenomenon that has happened,but also strictly control the source of pollution,to stop the pollution at the source.At the same time,we must repaire marine ecology in Zhejiang Province,and the role of marine parks and nature reserves should be exerted.By improve the ecological compensation mechanism,we can address the problem of shortage of funds and the abuse of marine resources to the greatest extent possible.Finally,by consummating the management system construction,increasing law enforcement,and improving the public's ecological consciousness,ecological response efficiency will be improved.
