Land is the basis of human survival and development.It has many functions such as carrying,nurturing,warehousing,ecosystem services,etc.The safety of land ecosystem is closely related to the quality of human survival and development.Land ecological security is a comprehensive concept,which not only aims at the structure and state of land itself,but also includes the service function of land ecological system.A safe land ecological system must be in a healthy dynamic balance state from inside to outside.A good level of land ecological security can provide strong support for regional sustainable development,but with the strong development of industrialization and urbanization,there are many problems in the land ecosystem,such as population,resources,environment and so on.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,it is particularly necessary to evaluate the ecological security of land and scientifically renovate the ecological environment of land.Based on the study of the relevant literature of land ecological security,this paper deeply understands the purpose and significance of land ecological security evaluation,integrates the basic theory of land ecological security,follows the principle of index system construction,and uses PSR-NES theory framework to build the evaluation index system of land ecological security in Anhui section of Huaihe river ecological economic zone.The basic weight of index is obtained by subjective and objective combination weighting method,and the final weight of index is obtained by modifying the basic weight with penalty variable weight model.With the advantage that cloud model can eliminate the fuzziness and randomness in complex problems,optimize the quantitative research part of matter-element model,introduce cloud theory into matter-element model to build cloud matter-element model,dynamically evaluate the land ecological security level of Anhui section of Huaihe River Ecological Economic Zone in 2010-2018,and analyze the spatial-temporal evolution of the evaluation results.Using the resistance diagnosis model to diagnose the resistance value of each evaluation index and identify the main resistance factors of land ecological security in the study area.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2010 to 2018,the level of land ecological security in Anhui section of Huaihe River Ecological Economic Zone experienced an evolution trend of“rise drop rise drop”,the overall change presented a "M" curve,and the level of land ecological security improved significantly.(2)Eight cities in Anhui section of the Huaihe River eco economic zone can be divided into two categories according to the change of land ecological security level:Lu'an,Chuzhou,Bozhou and Bengbu belong to the stable and optimized type,Fuyang,Huainan,Suzhou and Huaibei belong to the zigzag and slow progress type.From the perspective of spatial evolution trend,the land ecological security level of southern cities in Anhui section of Huaihe River eco economic zone is higher than that of northern cities.(3)The main resistance factors of land ecological security in Anhui section of Huaihe River Ecological Economic Zone mostly come from the pressure layer index,and urban population density,the proportion of energy conservation and environmental protection expenditure in financial expenditure,per capita urban road area,industrial wastewater discharge and so on are the resistance factors with large resistance value.(4)According to the results of dynamic evaluation of land ecological security,based on the PSR concept model,and considering from the three criteria levels of pressure,state and response of land ecological system,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of land ecological security in Anhui section of Huaihe River ecological economic zone,such as prohibiting new construction,closing pollution sources,optimizing industrial structure,building new green,unified management and strong mechanism.Figure[25]table[16]reference[81]...
