Study On Ecological Security Evaluation Of Ecologically Vulnerable Region In Western

Secure social and economic development of the ecological systems that require security. The ecological environment is the basic condition of human existence, is an important foundation for economic and social development, improves the ecological environment and promotes sustainable economic and social development, achieves relative harmony between man and nature, is one of the objectives pursued by the human stage. Ecologically fragile zone of ecological safety assessment is an important part of the regional ecological security research, is becoming one of the hot research areas of concern.In this paper, AHP and comprehensive index are the main evaluation methods, using SPSS software, AHP software, EXCEL software, based on PSR framework model,in Aba Prefecture as an example, on the ecologically fragile areas in western Sichuan ecological security evaluation, and made ecological safety regulation measures in order to ensure ecological security ecologically fragile areas.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, describes the background of the system of evaluation of ecologically fragile ecological security, analysis of significance, a detailed study of the progress of ecological security at home and abroad in order, described research methods and technical route; the second part is the study of ecological security evaluation of the theoretical system of ecologically fragile areas,the main area of ecologically fragile ecological security related concepts, basic features, theoretical foundation, ecological security evaluation system and evaluation methods are introduced; the third part in Aba Prefecture example case studies, focusing on the ecological status of the investigation Aba Prefecture (Natural Resources, socioeconomic status), analyzes the major environmental problems in Aba Prefecture, PSR framework model based on the establishment of ecological security evaluation index system, AHP calculate the index weight is calculated using the composite index of ecological security index, and the evaluation results analysis. The fourth part is ecologically fragile areas of ecological safety regulation measures, according to the study results, the active construction of regional ecological security ecologically fragile areas, and actively adapt to the economic development of the new normal, greatly enhance the ecological protection of soft power, to reduce the pressure of population growth on resources and the environment, actively carry out international exchanges and cooperation in the security ecology, attaches great importance to ecological security barrier construction plateau six countermeasures. research results show that:Aba ecologically fragile ecological security zone composite index rose to2012of0.6036from0.5115in2008, showed an increasing trend, ecological security level in the "poor" and "early warning" status, indicating that Aba Prefecture ecologically fragile ecological security level year after year to the good.
