Tea culture is an important part of the national culture of Xinjiang and is the colourful and dazzling cultural heritage of the ebullient andstrong minorities in Xinjiang as well.Even more it is a kind of expression of cultural value in the Silk Road,which can not be neglected in the prosperous development of Chinese cultural value.In our country,with the economic development of traditional tea industry,tea and culture have been becoming more and more close.From cultivation and production to sale,all of those processes are revealing the tea cultural elements.Both of the development of local economy and the value of tea can be promoted by developing and using the tea culture.Xinjiang has a profound cultural foundation of the Silk Road and scented tea owns rich natural resources too.As the development of the new economic zone of the Silk Road and the raising of the strategies of corps to develop toward south,which bring an unprecedented opportunity for the scented tea cultural development in the South Xinjiang.How to take advantage of this developmental opportunity and make use of the teacultural value of the South Xinjiang,then finally coverting the scented tea.as a kind of culture and brand;how to exert the value of the scented tea and make the Silk Road culture has a further integration with other cultures,which play a special role and with great effect on the continued healthy development of the social stability of the South Xinjiang,the prosperity of culture,and the economy.In order to solve those problems,the author accesses to a large number of relevant literatures,and making anobjective research about the superiority of the southernlocation,economic development,the achievements and the problems of the developing scented tea.On the basis of this objective research,taking SWOT diamond model to come up with a series of researching strategies which mainly come from the analysis of propaganda,guiding the consumption of tea culture,promoting the brand quality,raising visibility,expanding the developmental channels,driving the development of tourism,going abroad,opening up abroad markets and many other aspects for the development of the scented tea cultural value of the South Xinjiang.
