| Ecological risk is an unforeseeable event or disaster that may have adverse effects on ecosystems and their components,with uncertainties,dangers,objectivity,and dynamics.Ecological risk assessment is the process of studying the occurrence of adverse ecological effects that are occurring or may occurring due to exposure to one or more motivations.Its main purpose is to provide the appropriate scientific basis which could reduce the environmental pollution or ecological damage.The research scale of ecological risk assessment has been evaluated from the past to the evaluation of a project or place,and it has gradually developed into regional ecological risk assessment,and ecological risk assessment provides theoretical and technical support for further strengthening regional risk management.Hefei,Anhui provincial capital city is the core city of Hefei economic circle,with the surrounding cities make up an internal economic complex,by the four prefecture-level cities(Hefei,Huainan City,Lu’an City,Chuzhou City)and one County-level city(Anqing City,Tongcheng City)composition.In recent years,with the economic development of Hefei economic circle,population size expansion,urban resource consumption,urban environmental pollution and other issues become more and more significant and concentrated.Urban ecosystem health of Hefei economic circle is facing serious challenges,but also to the economic circle there are more ecological risks.This research used the Pressure-State-Response model,estimated Carbon emission and 3D ecological footprint to assess the ecological environment of Hefei economic circle and Hefei city.And the basic evaluation units in PSR model are Hefei,Huainan,Luan,Chuzhou and Tongcheng that is a county-level city.We are selecting 24 indicators to construct the ecological risk evaluation index system.Meanwhile we are evaluate ecological risk and influence factors of Hefei economic circle based on entropy weight method with plus or minus the weight of indicators.The results showed that:(1)Since the establishment of the Hefei economic circle in 2009 to 2014,in addition to 2010 than in 2009 decreased by 1.30%,in 2014 compared with decreased by 7.00%in 2013,the remaining years of ecological risk index has been maintained at 0.20.(2)From the spatial scale analysis,the influence factors of ecological risk index in Hefei economic circle are different.The ecological risk value of Huainan City is mainly affected by industrial sulfur dioxide and sewage,the contribution rate of 64.11%.Hefei City,the more significant impact is the process of urbanization in the expansion of industrial pollution,land acquisition and man-made environment increased,the contribution rate of 74.87%.The industrial wastewater discharge and industrial sulfur dioxide in the pressure index had significant influence on the ecological risk of Chuzhou City,the contribution rate of 37.86%.The ecological risk status of Lu’an City is closely related to its forestry production activities,the contribution rate of 34.62%.And the expansion of the light industry in Tongcheng City has become an important factor for the disturbance of natural ecology,the contribution rate of 67.02%.(3)The main factors to increase ecological risk are industrial emissions just like waste gas,waste water and dust during the production of industrial and the urban expansion in Hefei economic circle.In order to reduce the regional ecological risk,Hefei economic circle not only needs to be further transformation the mode of economic development,but also needs to strengthen the investment about ecological environmental protection and healthcare.This study is of great significance for revealing the ecological risk in the Hefei economic circle and scientifically formulating the ecological planning policy.Combined with the results of ecological risk research in Hefei Economic Circle,the following suggestions are put forward:Use of cleaner production technology,the implementation of ecological compensation,attention to green building,adjust the industry and energy structure,the development of waste resource technology,strengthen the ecological environment supervision and management. |
