Research On Quality Control Of Petrochemical Engineering Design Based On QFD

The petrochemical project has a large amount of funds,high technical requirements,long construction period and high safety risk.As the leading project,the design plays a decisive role in the quality of petrochemical projects.The implementation of engineering design standards is the basic requirements of the state and industry,but also an important part of the quality control of Engineering design.The customer's demand is often higher than the standard,from the customer point of view,the voice of the customer to the engineering design,is a more effective and high level of engineering quality and customer satisfaction.In this paper,on the basis of absorbing the previous research results,the author puts forward a set of quality assurance and control system for petrochemical engineering design by using the method of Quality Function Deployment(QFD).The model mainly includes:customer demand analysis,technology analysis,customer demand-technical characteristics of correlation matrix construction,customer requirements and technical characteristics of the important transformation,design documents analysis and technical characteristics of the design documents-correlation matrix construction,technical characteristics and design documents of transformation,put emphasis on design quality control etc..It will also establish the model of case application in H company where the author,make a quantitative analysis on the control of key quality of petrochemical engineering,petrochemical engineering design get file QFD ranking based on the proposed quality control measures and control points is recommended and the design documents.Finally,the main research results are as follows:Based on QFD,this paper puts forward the quality control model of petrochemical engineering design,and sets up an example of applying QFD to the quality control model of petrochemical engineering design.As the customer demand driven design quality control method,based on the quality control of QFD model to implement customer intention,improve customer satisfaction in the design,has important significance for petrochemical engineering design enterprises to improve customer satisfaction and design quality control.
