Research On The Application Of Apron Elements In The Casual Dress Design

As clothing accessories with practical and protective function,apron has a long development history,and is gradually expanding its decorative role.In modern life,the decorative and practical function of apron has been integrated.As a result,apron has become a dress which can be worn outside due to its modern elements.Adding the apron elements in the casual dress design is not only the inheritance and application of traditional costume ornaments,but also a practical exploration of the innovative application of traditional costume ornaments.Firstly this paper discussed the historical origin of apron,and also analyzed and summed up the three other aspects including the structure style,apron color characteristics and functional characteristics.On this basis,through the analysis of the relevant picture information had been collected to summarized in the apron of the fashion performance techniques and methods.Finally,the innovative design practice of apron elements in casual dress was completed,and series of clothing design were finished,which were designed mainly from its structure and functional property of pocket,with idiographic women casual style display.So,the design that was compromised the diversity and flexibility together shows the leisure and comfortable appearance of the women casual dress,gives people aesthetic pleasant feelings,embodies pure natural wind and meets people's longing for relaxed and comfortable perception.At the same time,I hope this study can induce in-depth considerations on the re-innovation and re-application for minority traditional dressing adornment design elements.
