Research On The Application Of Han Chinese Clothing’s Shape Elements In Modern Leisure Dress Design

China is world-famous for the reputation as "The country of dress,the state of ceremony".The standard of moral and ceremony is the treasure of Chinese traditional culture,which creating by and depending on the complete system of Han Costume.Since thousands of years ago,not onl y have clothing comforted people from hot,col d,wind and rain,but also had clothing covered the body and shame.Furthermore,clothing,a tool of r aising the beauty,has other special meanings,including steeping in propriety,distinguishing superiors and inferiors,clarifying status,and so on.What is more,clothing is the “card” of national culture and the embodi ment of national cohesion.However,due to the Queue Order,whi ch was enacted during the domi nation of Manchu and cultural mi gration of western after the establishment of the Republic of China,thousands of years of brilliant Hanfu Culture has suffered a fault in culture.So far,as of today,most people do not know what the real Han costume is.With the development of national cultural consciousness,"Chinese Style" has gradually moved to t he world fashion stage.But at the first glance,most of the so-called "Chinese elements" consist of embroideries,cheongsam,ink painting,and application massive intricate and exquisite patterns,etc.This kind of partial understanding of Chi nese traditional culture will indicate a fixed mode,while the design of Chinese style clothing cannot avoid a complex,exquisite,expensive design mode.However,the essence of Chinese costume culture and the Chinese unique dress rules are not known.This thesis will expound two aspects from shape and structure of Han Costume as a point cut.Meanwhile,this thesis will not discuss the fixed mode about exquisite patterns of dress and study of superb process.Firstly,according to the analysis of a l arge number of documents and photos,this paper will illustrate the difference of characteristics between the Han suit and the clothing of ethnic mi norities,so that people have a clear and comprehensive understanding of the Han suit.On the one hand,this research will change the impression of public which the style of traditional clothing is rigid,on the other hand,this research will renewedly introduce Han Suit from the si mple shape and structure,while providing the theoretical basis for the application of the following practical design.Secondly,in order to attract the attention of public from the surface of traditional dress to the spiritual culture that traditonal dress contained,this thesis will excavate the etiquette culture behind the unique form of Han sui t,and emphasize the spiritual connotation of Han suit.After that,this thesis will analyzes the deficiencies of Hanfu elements application in the design of modern casual wear,then it will process the research of practical design and application.The purpose of thi s paper is also about designing casual women dress for daily using with Hanfu charm.The culture of hanfu will be applied as the carrier of casual dress,as a result,it will be widely known and loved by the public as well.
