| With the development of Chinese economics,chemicals needs have been enlarging everywhere.The huge explosions in the Chinese port city Tianjin,which killed at least 165 people and hundreds of injured,seriously threatened people’s lives and their property security,as well as the socioeconomic development.In response to this preoccupation,numerous authorities and industrialists have developed various methodologies and tools to avoid such incidents happening again.Due to the uncertainty and complexity of hazardous chemical storage systems,the storehouse is at risk all the time,and the risk identification is the fundamental of risk management.Identifying risk factor in hazardous chemical storage system is crucial and it tends to be many risk factors’ interaction that causes the accidents.So it’s important to analyze the interactions between each risk factors to avoid the risk and raise management standards.Based on coupling mechanism,this dissertation build a risk coupling coordination degree model to study the risk factors in hazardous chemical storage system.This study is organized in five chapters:(1)This dissertation highlighted the relevant theoretical basis of this dissertation,mainly about the definition and procedure of risk analysis,and divided the risk factors in hazardous chemical storage system into 4 categories:human,equipment,environment and management.(2)This dissertation divided the storage system into four subsystems,considering separately the factors of human,equipment,environment and management.By calculating the four subsystems’ risk coupling coordination degree,this dissertation found out the internal relationship between each subsystem and the monthly trend of the accident.Then the sensitivity analysis of this model verifies the result.(3)In order to find the cause of the accidents,chapter four did a systematical and comprehensive analysis by using statistical analysis based on the accidents database in the Chemical Accident Cases of China Chemical Safety Association.Temporal trend,casualties,accident type,enterprise type and reginal distribution were carefully studied.And we gave some advice based on the results.(4)At last,we concluded the main work and innovation of this dissertation. |
