Traditional jet printing need plate making,color modulation and proofing before the batch production.So it is difficult to meet the development needs of modern textiles due to the slow speed of delivery.With the development of computer technology,the digital jet printing technology appears.The printing nozzle can eject ink directly to form patterns on the textiles by the control of computer software.Because digital jet printing need not plate making,color modulation and proofing,any size of batch production,any kind of patterns and high printing accuracy can come true.Digital jet printing conforming to the current requirements of individuation design,shot run production,product diversification and high quality textile printing for people.But now the existing digital jet printing machine is that the textiles move step by step and the printing nozzles move back and forth perpendicular to the textiles moving direction which lead to the slow printing speed.This paper introduces a new type of digital jet printing machine which is called One pass that the printing nozzles are fixed and the textiles move continuously at a high speed.The main work in this paper is as follows:In the first chapter,it introduces the background and significance of the topic,the process of traditional jet printing machine,the technological process ? development history ? the development situation at home and abroad of digital jet printing machine.In the end,it describes the research status of kinematic coupling device and positioning error analysis.Also the main research contents of this paper is introduced.In the second chapter,it analyzes the structure and working principles of the existing digital jet printing machine of which the textiles move step by step.On this basis,a design scheme of One pass digital jet printing machine is presented.The design scheme includes that the printing nozzles are fixed and the textiles move continuously at a high speed.A monitoring method of linear velocity of the conduction band is designed for One pass.In the third chapter,a repeat positioning device is designed base on the theory of kinematic constraints.Through the error analysis of coupling triangle positioning model which is built by the same power transformation matrix,the device has the advantages of high repeat positioning accuracy.The core structure of the digital jet printing unit is the repeat positioning device.The positioning accuracy of the digital jet printing unit is determined according to the calculation of the solid particle dynamics theory.Also by Hertz stress calculation and analysis,to study whether the stress deformation of positioning iron balls would affect positioning accuracy of the digital jet printing unit.In the forth chapter,parameterized model of the simplified digital jet printing unit is built base on ADAMS software.Through the Monte Carlo simulation method,to analyze if machining error and assembly error of positioning balls affect repeat positioning accuracy of the jet printing unit.The analysis show that the well designed machining error rang and assembly error rang can ensure that the repeat positioning error is in a permitted range.The results of the experiment of lifting board position offset and the analysis of jet printing quality express the above mentioned error rang is reasonable.In the fifth chapter,in order to not only ensure the positioning accuracy of the digital jet printing unit,but also reduce weight,ANSYS Workbench finite element software is used tooptimize the structure of the lifting device.The modal analysis of the basement determines the optimal thickness of nozzle mounting plate stiffener and the optimal length of the stiffener groove.In the sixth chapter,the paper summarizes the whole work and proposes the future research direction.
