Many research institutions and related manufacturers have been from multiple perspectives, to improve the positioning accuracy of NC machine tool proposed many methods. Improving CNC machine tool spindle accuracy and the positioning accuracy is the research organization and equipment manufacturing unit has been the subject of the study, and gradually to the depth of research. This article is based on the accuracy of CNC machine tools continue to improve the situation, carrying out research to improve the positioning accuracy of CNC machine tools.The production environment of NC equipment precision factor is varied, CNC system adopts closed loop servo system itself flawed error, production site in a variety of external disturbances on system stability caused by error, operation of equipment and parts into production due to the heat generated from the error. Based on the above factors by analysis, according to various kinds of influence factors were presented the improvement measures, so as to eliminate the factors which affect the precision in production.In addition, according to the enterprise actual situation, combined with the cost of project management, this paper proposes a new trajectory control method, which is to take full advantage of information technology, mechanical and electrical integration control technology, the two aspects of technology combined with improved processing trajectory accuracy. It is the use of a novel interpolation technology, combined with the double position closed-loop control system, improve the CNC machining Trajectory Accuracy; make full use of information means, for processing path and correction, to eliminate the error, NC machine tool reliability.Finally, using laser interference method measuring principle, equipment on the positioning accuracy of detection, and according to the results of detection error compensation, further to eliminate the error influence. |
