As the textile printing market continues to expand and people’s requirements fortextile printing are increasing, screen printing technology has been rapidly developed,and screen printing technology is also widely used. Traditional automatic screenprinting equipment has advantages of few stations, large equipment size, lowpositioning accuracy, low driving accuracy, low drying efficiency and so on, so it hasbeen unable to meet the needs of our industry and seriously restricting thedevelopment of China’s printing industry. Based on synthesizing domestic and foreignadvanced technology, we propose a new high positioning accuracy, high efficiencyand easy operation automatic screen printing machine. We focused on the printingpositioning technology, scraping knife squeegee printing technology, reversingtechnology and drying technology. This paper studies the following contents:(1). According to the present market screen printing machine model, we analyzesthe bedplate of the drive system, there exists drawbacks such as the mutual influenceof the positioning comes from bedplate centralized transmission etc, we develop asectional bedplate transmission scheme. Which divide the whole transmission wayinto many movement modules, and analyzes the motion module, so that thesemodules run in a certain order to realize the stable transmission of bedplate, and italso guaranteed the transmission precision of the transmission.(2) We also do some innovative design for other key technical part of theequipment, and detail how they work, analyzes the positioning system based on thenew platform version of the five-point. When the positioning system works, theplaten edge closely contact with the five positioning ball, so the variance of the platenis limited to0. Three of the five balls are fixed to the holder, and the other two aredriven by two cylinders to position critically.(3)We research the finite element analysis and the temperature rise analysis for thekey part---platen. On the basis of that, we also do some optimization design for theboard to meet the design requirements, extend life and improve the efficiency of theplaten.The issue has cooperated with a company in Guangzhou to research and producethe first generation of automatic printing prototype, after the actual operation of theproduction, further evidence of the correctness of the design methods and principles is provided. The prototype goes stability with high efficiency, and the precision ofcutting piece printing requirements is meeted.
