With the accelerating process of the city, people’s lives more convenient, but the environment has paid the price,a variety of environmental pollution come in a throng, affect people’s normal life. A hazard of noise pollution is one of them, in polluted areas, people’s physical and mental health are threatened by the noise pollution. The prevention and control of noise pollution, began to appear in the middle, of the last century, after decades of development, it has been developed one of the new technology in the field of integration of a multidisciplinary.Start with the problem of noise pollution in Gaoping City, through the study of city layout and planning, using the orthogonal grid system made noise monitoring scheme of city area, the test data using equal weighted summation model and the weighted arithmetic mean method for processing, the city sound environment quality level and traffic noise intensity, combined with analysis of historical data trends in noise pollution; On one hand, with the use of GIS technology, with the distribution of the different equivalent sound level in urban areas characterized by different colors, on the other hand, the use of surfer software interpolation, extrapolation, after smoothing processing, contour distribution of different equivalent sound level obtained;In high noise areas were identified structure and types of sound source, and the identification of noise sensitive points, analyzed the noise causes and effects of high noise area; Puts forward the control measures for the main source of the urban area, there is certain practical significance.(1) Through the data collection, studied the distribution status of Gaoping city and the future planning of the city, analysis of the residential land layout, industrial land and commercial land as well as the school, hospital, office units, the distribution of main road and their development trend in the city distribution of the future lanning.(2) In accordance with the "standards for acoustic environmental quality of acoustic environment functional area" census monitoring method, noise monitoring plan for Gaoping city area. Using the orthogonal grid system, covering all the urban built-up area, divided into102effective grid size, and set48traffic noise monitoring point; The monitoring data were used as power sum model and the weighted arithmetic mean method for processing, the city sound environment quality and traffic noise intensity, overall reached grade two standard, but the traffic noise at night only reached grade four standard; Analyzed the monitoring data over the years, the change trend of noise pollution is increasing, more and more widely in high noise.(3) On the monitoring results of grid, the use of GIS technology, through the different color, characterization of different equivalent sound level distribution in urban area; Using the surfer software, using the method of interpolation and extrapolation, after smoothing processing, obtained the equivalent distribution of different equivalent sound level in urban areas; According to the results of analysis of noise pollution distribution of city area.(4) Application of satellite remote sensing technology, the control of Google map, identify the structure and type of sound source identification and noise sensitive points in a high noise distribution area, the distribution of noise source has great influence on the population within the city. The type of noise in Gaoping city are analyzed statistically, there are three types of noise sources, which are industrial noise, commercial noise and traffic noise.(5) Respectively on the control measures of industrial noise, commercial noise, traffic noise, and puts forward suggestions. That the control of industrial noise and the noise to business planning and management, the control of traffic noise, many aspects need to consider, including road widening, the sound barrier and traffic control measures.
