With the improvement of the quality of life,people pay more and more attention to dressing style,when buying clothing,they value not only the color,style,etc,but also quality and grade of clothing and requirements are getting higher and higher for the latter.For apparel enterprises,strictly controlling the quality of seam is beneficial to increasing the product level in the clothing quality inspection,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and increasing enterprise efficiency,and the stitch slipping is one of the important influence factors of the quality of seam,so it is to control the quality of seam by preventing the stitch slipping.Thin silk fabric has soft,smooth,comfortable,breathable and other advantages,so it has been used widely in summer fashions,but on the other hand,its smooth yarn and thin fabric lower the interweave resistance,and reduce the lifespan of the garment.The stitch slipping of thin silk fabric was chosen as the major object of this paper,it is to establish prediction model and choose optimization combination of sewing process parameters of thin silk fabric stitch slipping by experiment and analysis.The basic parameters and mechanical properties of 20 types of frequently-used thin silk fabrics were tested,then it got warp and weft slippage by sewing and slippage experiment for them.The experimental results were analyzed and 13 kinds of fabrics with slippage relatively serious and good repeatability were to orthogonal experimental design,the paper selected stitch density,seam type,sewing thread and needle type as influence factors and got weft slippage of the 13 kinds of fabrics each the combination by sewing and slippage experiment.The gray relational degree between the physical and mechanical performance indexes and the warp and weft slippage of 20 kinds of thin silk fabrics was got by the gray relational analysis method,sort it,and the main fabric performance indexes which influence warp and weft slippage of thin silk fabrics were obtained.Based on the research of gray model theory,the gray prediction model of stitch slipping GM(0,N)was established,which made the main fabric performance indicators affecting warp and weft slippage of thin silk fabric as the relevant factor sequence,the model has good precision and can be used for the prediction of warp and weft slippage of thin silk fabrics by the comprehensive test of residual and mean variance.Then,the experimental results of 13 kinds of thin silk fabrics were analyzed by variance,range and correlation chart,combining the variance and range analysis,and the optimum sewing parameters and combinations of 13 kinds of thin silk fabrics were obtained by comprehensive balance method.On this basis,the reasonable sewing parameters of these 13 kinds of thin silk fabrics were analyzed by cluster analysis,were it divided into two parts,we can be simple to understand the two types of fabrics sewing process parameters combination of reasonable.Through the above study,it can make the garment enterprises to understand the internal factors and the best combination of sewing conditions of thin silk fabrics,in order to prevent thin silk garment stitch slipping happened to provide certain theoretical reference.
