Design And Research On Cold Rolled Coil Automatic Packaging And Regional Logistics Integrated System

Frist,it is to introduce the present situation of cold rolled coil packaging at home and the technology development at abroad;to make comparison analysis of semi-automatic or automatic packaging performance and mode in aspects of layout and process and other aspects;to make technological analysis between traditional packaging logistics and regional logistics system in aspects of entrance logistics,intermediate logistics and exit logistics;to expound that the future trend of packaging industry should be automatic packaging unit which equipped with regional logistics system.That means to integrate the packaging tasks of several cold rolling finished line to the assignment section,after that to finish the packaging task by one or several automatic packaging unit.This thesis mainly researches on the cold roll automatic packaging and regional logistics integrated system(abbreviation below:packaging integration system).This thesis will take the production data and logistics paths of Baosteel 1550 Area as the building background for integrated packaging system model;make analysis of product structure and logistics path;use ARIMA to make prediction of the output in January 2015 based on the production data of 2013 and 2014,through the process of analysis of time series,stationarity inspection,model identification,model order and parameter estimation,model inspection and model predictions.Then,to create the packaging integrated system model on the basis of the prediction result sand to build packaging integrated system,.To realize packaging integration system,this thesis mainly researches on three categories:?Do design on the network bus scheme of automatic packing unit control system and research on the part of the process of automatic control in fields of automatic though the eye wrapping machine and strapping machine;?Do design on regional logistics system in fields of control system,requirement of Stereoscopic warehouse and logistics transportation equipment and research on automatic control of the part of the process of stacker;?Do design on packaging integration system,including the equipment control system(L1),Warehouse management system(L2)and the interface between the two systems.Finally,the advantage of packaging integrated system has been proved in multiple dimensions to minimize the operating personnel to the utmost,reduce the investment and operation cost,improve production planning accuracy and production efficiency,realize the modernization of the factory operation mode in aspects of packaging operation time,logistics transportation time,storage capacity and the investment and running cost.
