| In this paper,two cultivars loquat fruits,‘Baisha’and‘Luoyangqing’,were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different temperature,different packaging,controlled atmosphere treatment,ClO2 and biological preservatives on the control of the postharvest decay.The mechanical injury prevention packaging and cold chain logistics demonstration tests were carried out as well.The main results are as follows:1.The effect of different storage temperature on the decay rate and quality indexes of two Loquat cultivars‘Baisha’and‘Luoyangqing’were studied.It was found that the decay rate of loquat fruit in 0℃and 5℃was lower than which in 10℃,15℃and20℃,as well as the weight loss rate.In 0℃storage condition,loquat fruit did not decay in the first 15 days,however,the decay rate of loquat fruits in 5℃condition was the lowest after 15 days.At the end of storage,the contents of TA and Vc of‘Baisha’in 5℃storage environment was higher than other temperatures.The overall results of‘Luoyangqing’is similar to‘Baisha’.2.Four kinds of different logistics packaging were compared on the road vibration test.It was found that the inner packing mesh can effectively protect the loquat from damage,and the outer packing foam box has better protection performance than the basket.The decay rate and mechanical injury rate of the fruit in foam box with double net packaging were the lowest when stored in both 5 C and 15 C on shelf,so that the commodity fruit rate was the highest.It was confirmed that the packing method above could improve the space utilization rate of the foam box,and is worth promoting.3.The weight loss rate of loquat fruit was reduced by the combination of controlled atmosphere,modified atmosphere and modified atmosphere with 1-MCP treatment in5℃.The weight loss rate of‘Baisha’stored in air after 40 days was 9.97%,while the average weight loss rate of which in controlled atmosphere was only 1.28%.However,the effect of these treatments on loquat fruit decay is very limited,the decay rate is even higher than that of the control group after the shelf transfer(15℃).The proportion of O2and CO2 in the controlled atmosphere and the thickness of materials in the modified atmosphere did not show a special rule.4.The results showed that ClO2 and biological preservatives(natamycin,nisin andε-polylysine)could not effectively control the decay of loquat fruit,and the unsuitable concentration of ClO2 treatment resulted in drug damage and decay of loquat fruit.5.The demonstration experiment of loquat fruit packaging for preventing mechanical injury was carried out.It was found that the mechanical injury rate and mechanical injury index of double net packaging were lower than those of single net packaging.There was no significant difference between foam box and plastic basket as outer packaging when using double net as inner packaging.The demonstration test of cold chain logistics for loquat fruit delivery was carried out.It was found that the packing method of foam box with double net and ice bag was significantly better than that without ice bag,the deterioration rate,weight loss rate and acetaldehyde alcohol content of which were lower.The experimental results show that the deterioration rates of the packing method of foam box with double net and ice bag at 3 d and 7 d after logistics were 31.25%and 54.17%,however,which of the control group were 54.17%and 87.5%. |
