Function And Effect Evaluation In Reconstruction Of Air-Knife Control System At Baosteel Hot-Galvanizing-Line

Based on "Reconstruction of Air-Knife Control System At Baosteel Hot-Galvanizing-Line" project development as the background,aim to explore function and effect evaluation at scheme selection and implementation of the project management method.Value Engineering(VE)is a new scientific management technology.It is an effective method of project reform in the process of project management.Function analysis and function evaluation is the core of value engineering theory.Functional analysis starts from the function of research object,based on in-depth analysis of value engineering object,master products provide functionality and user need for function,that is answered the question of "what it is ".Function analysis,that is we analysis the function of the research object,evaluation the importance of the object scientifically.Functional evaluation is to determine the size of function,that is answered the question of "what is the value".This paper based on the basic principle of function evaluation in Value Engineering,discussed the value of the application of the project plan optimization.The paper analysis through the example of project reform as the air-knife-closed-loop control system at Baosteel,to the system analysis and application in multiple scheme selection confirm the optimal scheme.At last,confirm an optimal scheme in more than one scheme selections.From the air knife control system of hot-dip-galvanizing-line transformation project,it required to contrast the function and the cost.We used Value Engineering theory application on air-knife renovation project scheme selection evaluation,build a more complete air knife control system function evaluation index system,It provides good method for choosing optimal function,low cost of air knife control scheme.Therefore,we use of the function of value engineering evaluation to optimizing project scheme has practical significance.We used Value Engineering in the transformation of project of the air-knife-control-system in hot-dip-galvanizing-line at Baosteel,it helps us to use less cost for hot-dip-galvanizing-line,selection of an optimal solutions and improve the economic benefits of iron and steel enterprise.At the same time,this paper provides the reference for other hot-dip-galvanizing-lines when they also need to remake the air-knife-control-system.
