Risk Management On The Finishing Technology Revamping For Steel Tube Production

Based on the current situation of domestic and international project risk management,and combined with the risk management of Baosteel new technology revamping project,the significance of risk management research in Baosteel was pointed out in this study firstly.Then,the connotation of risk management,risk identification and analysis,risk estimation and risk monitoring were studied.And according to these,it’ s very important to take the risk management method for Baosteel new technology revamping project.For the new finishing technology revamping project of the Baosteel seamless plant,the risk factors were analyzed.Combined with the various analysis and judgment of risk factors,the discussion and decision of the project implementation and the risk management plan were done.By doing the preliminary work,as well as in the process to take active preventive measures,All kinds of technical risk can be avoided.The risk factors of the new finishing technology revamping project were quantitatively estimated by risk matrix,and the detailed prevention measures were taken for the top risk factors.The risk management process and method,risk management analysis and measurement,risk decision and prevention studied in this paper,are based on the new finishing technology revamping of the Baosteel seamless plant,and can also be extended to other frontier technology revamping project.
