Research On Fog And Haze Governance Of Zhengzhou City

As far as we are concerned,history has already told us about the relationship between human and nature:human are participants,rather than the masters.And if people go against nature,they will take the consequences.Since reforming and opening up,Chinese economy has developed rapidly and made remarkable achievements.Chinese people enjoy the fruits of economy development,at the same time,they have to bear serious consequences because of unscientific development.Along with the high-speed development of economy,energy consumption is growing,leading to more and more serious air pollution.As a direct result,most cities are shrouded by smog and haze,and the environmental problems caused by smog and haze have got a lot of public attention.Among them,Zhengzhou city is one of the most polluted cities.The governance of smog and haze in Zhengzhou city moves slowly.So Zhengzhou city afflicted with twin challenges of economy development and environment governance.This paper comes from the universality and particularity in Zhengzhou city's smog and haze governance and analyzes the current situation,existing problems and reasons in fog and haze governance.According to questionnaire survey,collecting data and the experiences and lessons based on urban air pollution governance at home and abroad,then this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on local conditions.It also provides references for other cities' fog and haze governance in China.The first chapter begins with the topic.Firstly it analyzes this paper's background and significance,then summarizes the domestic and foreign related research's content and direction,and then put forward the research methods and research ideas of this article.The second chapter states the concepts and theories involves in the paper,illustrates the range of some related concepts and theories,which is the theoretical foundation for article writing.The third chapter mainly analyzes the governance measures taken in Zhengzhou city and its results,then points out the existing problems,and then deeply analyzes the causes of the problem according to Zhengzhou city's natural environment,economy and social condition.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the London,Los Angeles,Tokyo,Beijing and other cities'governance practices in smog and haze,summarizes the enlightenment for Zhengzhou city.The fifth chapter is based on the first four chapters,then draw lessens and experiences of domestic and foreign urban governance in smog and haze,and then put forward the concept,principles and countermeasures for Zhengzhou city's smog and haze governance according to the problems and reasons in chapter three.
