Two Type Society Under The Background Of The Influence Factors Of Efficiency Of Industrial Ecology Study Of Hunan

Under the background of construction of two type society, our country the research to sustainable development of ecological efficiency of fusion and penetration, the study of ecological efficiency theory and evaluation method is also gradually expand to the depth and breadth. Central and southern hunan province is China’s inland provinces, in recent years, the response to the call of the central hunan province, the construction of two type society, pay attention to the industrial ecological efficiency evaluation and improvement, and has achieved some success. Parts but the blind pursuit of economic benefits, ignore the environment factors, led to the provincial industrial resources consumption and serious environmental pollution, energy efficiency is not high, pollution emissions can not get good treatment etc, hunan industrial ecological efficiency remains to be further improved.Based on this, this paper summarizes the theory of industrial ecology efficiency results at home and abroad, from the perspective of construction of two type society, hunan industrial ecological efficiency as the research object, analyzes the present situation of hunan industrial ecological efficiency, combined with the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad and a large number of literature, draw lessons from foreign successful experience of the development of industrial ecology, find out the main problem of hunan industrial ecological efficiency. Using DEA and ratio of economy and environment at the same time two kinds of evaluation method, comprehensive evaluation of industrial ecological efficiency of hunan. Select the degree of investment in science and technology, scale, environment monitoring, government control, the speed of economic growth, total capital, six indexes based on DEA evaluation method and the ratio of economy and environment evaluation method, the measuring results of hunan industrial ecological efficiency, multiple linear regression to select indicators. Based on DEA to measure industrial ecological efficiency of regression results show that the scale degree, government regulation has significant negative correlation with hunan industrial ecological efficiency, the speed of economic growth, and the amount of the capital of hunan industrial ecological efficiency was significantly positive correlation. A ratio is calculated based on the economic and environment efficiency of industrial ecology regression results show that the scale degree, environmental monitoring and hunan industrial ecological efficiency was significantly negative correlation, the speed of economic growth with hunan industrial ecological efficiency was significantly positive correlation. Found through analyzing the influence factor of system, improve the efficiency of hunan industrial ecological policy, in order to enrich and develop the industrial ecology theory, and promote China’s industrial structure optimization to provide beneficial reference, in order to promote hunan industrial ecological efficiency to lay a solid foundation.
