| Jin Dynasty, a 119-year-old regime was established by Jurchen tribes in the north.Jin Dynasty had the wide territory up half of China in the most prosperous. Jin Dynasty absorbed outstanding experience, technology from former to improve the development constantly. It had a profound impact on subsequent dynasties in economic, cultural, and industrial. Especially the political initiative by the Jin Dynasty that moved the capital to Beijing(called Yanjing, after Zhongdu), it opened a prelude to Beijing as a political center.In this paper, the author introduced the development of the Jin Dynasty. It includethe mechanism of Government Printing and civil Printing in Jin Dynasty. This paper focuses on the development of the printing industry in capital of Jin Dynasty, it summarize officials,civil printing mechanism in Jin Dynasty; finishing important printing such as books,religious printed and paper money; and finally research generation printing technology in Jin Dynasty, citing the profiles on woodblock printing and moveable type printing in Zhongdu.Zhongdu is beginning of Beijing which was a capital. opened a new era of development in Beijing. Although it is not beginning in Beijing printing history, but it has laid a solid foundation for the traditional printing of Beijing. |
