The state proposed the "Made in China 2025" strategy,which aim to vigorously develop industrial automation and reverse the backward situation in China's automation.With the increasing maturity and popularity of automation component application technologies such as servo motors and four-axis robots,various industries have improved the automation of existing technology.At the same time,the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend has also stimulated the rapid development of China's industrial automation.As a special printing industry,the pad printing industry is widely used in electronics,toys,metal processing and other industries,but the degree of automation is not high.The printing ink has a certain irritating effect on the human body,so it has become an urgent problem in the industry to develop a kind of equipment which can be used for automatic material loading and unloading and complete the appearance inspection.After discussing the characteristics of the pad printing process,the process flow and the equipment composition,this paper also gives a detailed description of the pad printing & barcode printing product-the battery cell,and lists the technical requirements of the product.The process flow for the development of automated equipment for technical requirements,mainly including loading,frontal printing,coding,flipping,reverse printing,blanking and CCD appearance detection after the printing of the front and back of the printing,and then discuss each module.In the loading section,the servo motor and four-axis robots are used for lifting;the pad printing section adopts the four-silicone head pad printing machine + cam divider,and the pad printing machine is controlled by servo to improve the efficiency of the printing section and break the equipment bottleneck and saves equipment space;the barcode printing section is combined with the CCD visual inspection function,which also improves the efficiency of the equipment and saves space.CCD adopts line array camera,which fits the machine module movement's mode,with high speed and low cost;NG belt and accepted product supplement,with double-layer belt design,accepted product and NG product do not interfere with each other,and realize full tray discharge by using the flexible grasping mechanism of four-axis robot;the blanking machine uses a servo lifting mechanism and is equipped with sensors to remind employees to receive materials easily and timely.Furthermore,the software design of the system effectively utilizes the high-precision intelligent code scanner to bind the product QR code,run through the whole system,then the test data,sensor data and machine data are linked in the system to ensure the effective traceability of the product.Finally,this thesis has carried out software and hardware debugging and data verification for the system,and through large-volume customized information,physical integration,and highly flexible manufacturing system,to make a fully exploration and verification for the large-scale,high-flexibility and batch production of soft package battery pad printing products.Successfully completed the entire automatic pad printing equipment,which accumulated experience for the subsequent related design.
