With the continuous improvement of the application level in China in a wide range of machine tools, machine operation state information acquisition and storage is increasingly important, especially for complex processing, the intelligent application of upper need through processing of dynamic adjustment decision-making real-time. Although there is still a big gap between our country machine tool processing level and the CNC technology when compared with foreign advanced technology, but with the further study of CNC intelligentialize and opening, which can provide basic support to the processing level and intelligent decision making process through real-time acquisition. Therefore, this paper focus on the research of operation information acquisition and storage, on the basis of the analysis network intelligent rolling gear machine, by studying the running state information acquisition and storage of Hadoop to have a further study of running state information acquisition and storage platform design and development.Firstly, on the basis of analysis of current situation in relative field home and abroad, which puts forward the meaning and goal of this article concerning the operation state information acquisition and storage at present. On this basis, after analysing the data stream, and based on the application Requirments of the data collection and storage platform of the machine tool running status and the op eration mode of the whole platform,putting forwardthe overall structure of the platform.Secondly, the paper expounds the support and key technology of the information collection of the operation state of the machine tool. Firstly, this paper presents a software and hardware combination of different types of machine tools, PLC, NC system, such as the operation of state information collection system, using UA OPC protocol to provide a unified interface for upper information access. Secondly, putting forward a kind of plug-in development technology which based on XML and can be applied to the following aspects: one is the package collection methods which provides a interface for different plug-in machine, and local data storage system, UA service, OPC plug-in, configuration acquisition plug-in, and other analytical system set up by the state information acquisition system of the integrated machine to provide interface for different management dynamic configuratios; Second is to realize the parameter configuration to make it access to new machine tools such as: configuration of machine tool types, collection type, IP address, and finally forms the plug-ins, which will be charged by collecting management system eventually; Third is to realize the configuration of collection information such as: setting acquisition parameter, setting acquisition command, generating check code, sending transmission order, acquisition order, receiving the collected information, check information, etc.. Encapsulate the information in the plug-in to form an interface. Finally, the acquisition system can be regarded as resolver to solve the dynamic configuration changes of the collection variables. Finally, this paper puts forward a key technology based on priority and multi task machine running state information acquisition, by creating a thread pool to solve the problem of multi task acquisition problem, through the FIFO algorithm and priority jump variable algorithm to solve the acquisition variables in the acquisition cycle and real-time problems.Then, this paper studies the operation state information storage technology of machine tool. Firstly, the basic strategy of information storage is analyzed, which is based on the classification of the operating state information and the information association of the machine tool. Then through the use of Hadoop in the distributed storage system(HDFS) to come to real-time storage of the TB/PB/EB level of machine tool running state information. Finally, the storage information management module in the upper layer information management system is implemented to manage the data stored by Web.At last, the paper is tested on the network intelligent roller machine tool of Chongqing machine tool group. Through building the Hadoop platform to realize the distributed storage of the state information of the machine tool, and finally realize the information management system based on web.
