CNC machine status data and production information data is the foundation of the digitized workshop. Reliable and comprehensive data collection in practical engineering applications has become one of the hot issues in digitization workshop studies. In modern manufacturing plant, CNC equipment and production data have a range of complex content. It is the main factors that the CNC machine heterogeneous and the difficult of workshop information collection hindering the information acquisition, therefore, the study of universal CNC machine intelligence gathering and rapid production of information collection system is important.The main research contents and academic achievements of the paper are as follows:(1) The research status of CNC machine tools and production information collection methods is summarized in this paper. Some typical application methods are analyzed. The existing problems of collecting system and future development trends are pointed out.(2) The overall structure of CNC machine tools and production status information data acquisition system is described. A systematic software and hardware design based on the needs analysis of the workshop CNC machine tools and production information data acquisition are conducted. Combined with embedded technology, network technology, wireless transmission technology and RFID technology, a distributed data acquisition and centralized management solution is proposed.(3) CNC machine tools status data and production information collection methods are intensively studied. Based on macro commands, electrical circuit interface and external sensors, CNC machine tools acquisition program are designed and based on RFID and ZigBee technology, production information collection program is proposed. The relevant hardware and software in the collection system are designed, and the main job is each acquisition module circuit design and related programming. By transplanting LWIP embedded protocol stack, and building the CNC machine data achieving workshop level transmission network, system transmission methods are studied.(4) Methods for collection and transmission of information workshop production data are studied. Data collection based on RFID technology and data transmissions based on ZigBee network technology are proposed. Low-frequency RFID information collection module for workers, a high-frequency RFID information collection module for products, and ZigBee wireless network transmission module are designed. In the same time, workflow software for each part of the system is given, and system data frame format has a detailed definition.(5) The PC management system and overall system testing method are given. Using C++, PC management system to achieve human-computer interaction and production of CNC machine status information are designed. Electrical circuits, AD acquisition stability and reaction speed, communication distance and packet loss rate indicators CC2530communication nodes are tested respectively. The test results show that the designed system can meet the CNC workshop information collection and transmission needs.The CNC machine status information and production datas acquisition system. deisned in this paper, can be fully reflect the state of CNC machining and processing data of production, and can quickly and accurately achieve the relevant information. The research results show that the design of CNC machine tools and production information acquisition system has good features, such as fast response, easy to manage, strong extensibility etc., and has great value in use.
