| In the process of manufacturing informatization, the underlying data collection of workshop has become a key link in the process of information transformation. Machining progress information, as the main underlying data of workshop, is becoming important information to support visual monitoring and optimal operation of manufacturing process. At present, the method of Machining progress information collection is still the traditional approach of " Manually + paper" in some workshop. This method include some disadvantages such as poor real-time performance, strong human interference and unregulated management. Therefore,it brought difficulties to the management of manufacturing enterprise and delayed the process of manufacturing enterprise effective informatization. Combined with characteristics of existing machining progress information collection, machining progress information collection method based on cutting force state information of lathe were studied in this paper.Firstly, machining progress information was described according to its characteristics and classification, and the method of Machining progress information collection based on cutting force state information was proposed combined with characteristics of lathe cutting force state. In this method, the lathe cutting force state information was collected by three-direction dynamometer, and the vector model of the lathe cutting force state information was built. On the basis of the above, Machining progress information was identified according to the characteristic vector model and support vector machine(SVM).Secondly, The lathe cutting force state original signal was collected by tool changeable piezoelectric dynamometer on turning which has simple structure and is easy to use and repair. And then the original signal was filtered by morphology. On the basis of the above, the model of the lathe cutting force state information was built by time-domain analysis by which the time-domain feature elements was obtained, frequency-domain analysis by which frequency-domain feature elements was obtained,wavelet analysis by which wavelet feature elements was obtained.Finally, On the basis of the above establish of machining progress characteristic vector model, support vector machine(SVM) was applied to identify machining progress information. And then the application verification was carried out in a machining workshop in chongqing, which had achieved good application results. |
