The Research Of Livestock And Poultry Breeding Pollution Problem And Governance Mechanism In Chongming

Chongming projected as ecological island committed to the development of ecological agriculture economy and gained a lot of success.Its ecological construction mode is deemed to be very important for the other islands which is similar to Chongming by the United Nations Environment Programme(UNEP).This article investigates and discusses the livestock pollution status in Chongming area, which is based on investigation and analysis of the livestock pollution control mechanism at home and abroad. Research shows that the livestock and poultry breeding volume in Chongming is generally stable and increasing trend. However, livestock and poultry may bring the agricultural non-point source pollution threat can't be ignored.The R alarm value of the entire Chongming area is still in the 1 level, the land carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding is still relatively large space. But some farms have a greater impact on the surrounding River and air environment, the main problem is concentrated in the feces spillover, the black odor river, the secondary pollution from ill-suited fertilization, etc..It is intend to analyze livestock and poultry breeding pollution statusof Chongming area, which is based on the summary of governance mechanism and the present situation for livestock and poultry breeding pollution. It analyzed the livestock and poultry breeding pollution problem from many different view of the points, such as government factors,economic factors and technical factors, trying to determine the optimization governance recommendations for it.
