1. Optimization of extraction methods of total flavonoids from Litsea coreanaIn order to optimization the extraction technique of total favonoids from Litsea coreana, orthogonal text were used evaluate two kinds of extraction methods. The results showed that back-flow extraction was the best method,The optimization condition was 1.5 h of back-flow time,70% of ethanol volume,1:30 of solution to material and80?of extraction temperature,Under the optimized extraction, the extraction rate of total flavone was 14.76%.2. Study on purification of total flavonoids from Litsea coreana by macroporous adsorption resinsTo purity the total flavonoids from Litsea coreana we studied the optimal purification condition of quiet state and adsorption and dynamic state adsorption with macroporous adsorption resins.The results showed that AB-8 macroporous adsorption resins was the best for adsorbing and separating the total flavonoids in Litsea coreana. The optimum extraction conditions were that the concentration and the current velocity of the original solution were 1.00 mg/ml and 2 ml/min while the maximum adsorbing capacity for total flavonoids in Litsea coreana was0.0583 g- 0.0612 g. The eluant was 60% ethanol.The consumption of eluant was5 BV. In this condition,the purity of total flavonoids was 73.19%-79.43%.3. Preparing technique and quality control of total flavone from Litsea coreanaTo study the preparation technology of total Flavonoids from Litsea coreana granules and to establish methods for its quality control.Get water solution of total flavonoids from Litsea coreana and the total flavonoids powder was purified by macroporous resin. By investigating the effects of different materials on the formation of the granules, pile density, angle of repose, and moisture absorption, the optimalformulation and composition of the prepared granules were selected.Total flavonoids and was detected by TLC.UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids.Result :The optimal auxiliary materials of prescription were 30 g total Flavonoids,20 g Mannitol,and 10 g Lactose.The optimum technological conditions: raw and material was 1:1,wetting agent was 90% of ethanol volume and drying temperature was 70?. Moisture content,particle size and dissolvability of granules all met the requirements in Chinese Pharmacopeia.The average content of total flavonoids was 23%-25%,the Sample recovery rate was 100.31%.Conclusion:The preparation process of total Flavonoids from Litsea coreana granules was simple,feasible and reasonable,and the quality was stable and controllable.4. Study on antioxidant effect of total flavonids from Litsea coreanaThe antioxidant effect of total flavonoids from Litsea coreana by extraction with optimization condition and Get the total flavonoids powder was purified by AB-8macroporous resin was evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging, total reducing power,scavenging superoxide ion free radicals, scavenging Hydroxy free radicals and total antioxidant capacity. The results showed that purified total flavonoids from Litsea coreana had stronger antioxidant effect.The total flavonoids powder from Litsea coreana indicated a noticeable increase with increasing concentration and a positive correlation between total antioxidant capacity and concentration.
