Based On The Stakeholder Theory Of Tourism Environment Carrying Capacity Study

With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s health consciousness, tourism become residents frequent leisure activities. A large number of tourists flocked to the scenic area, at the same time, to bring economic benefits to the local tourism scenic environment bearing capacity is put forward for the increasingly severe challenges. Many scenic spots in ecosystem destruction, environmental pollution, the decline of traditional culture, the scenic area residents affected normal life and a series of problems. Tourism environmental bearing capacity of saturated or overload operation for a long time, will inevitably bring negative effects to the long-term and stable development of China’s tourism industry. Will travel size control within a reasonable range, is not only the objective requirement of the long-term healthy development of tourism, is also a vital interests, safeguard tourists a basic approach to improving the tourism experience.Based on the absorption and reference to the existing research results on the basis of tourist environmental bearing capacity, adopting the combination of theory and practice, quantitative research and qualitative research, the combination of creatively put forward from the perspective of stakeholders to study tourism environmental bearing capacity, and based on the influence factor of tourism system theory to construct the evaluation index system of tourism environmental bearing capacity. In the process of design and construct the index system, fully considering the seasonal factor, time factor and the influence of spatial characteristics of environmental bearing capacity, and original index weight analysis method is used to determine the weight of each component in the index system, the index system of dynamic evaluation more scientific and reasonable, thus the tourism environmental capacity, will provide the healthy and sustainable development of local tourism science instruction.From stakeholder perspective to examine the tourism environmental bearing capacity, combining with the tourism environment bearing capacity to build the core stakeholders, strategic layer of stakeholders, stakeholders perisphere stakeholders at three different levels.
