Study On Tourism Environmental Bearing Capacity Of Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area

Tourism environmental bearing capacity (TEBC) is a concept to describe the threshold of tourism environment system supporting the tourist activities. The practical value of tourism environmental bearing capacity is to protect the environment of tourism destination from tourism destroying, while ensuring the tourists'satisfaction during their sightseeing. TEBC is the foundation of tourism sustainable development. As a function, there are several parameters in tourism carrying capacity, such as time, space, and the category or intensity of tourists'activities. Thus, the study of TEBC needs to be combined with a specific type of scenic attractions or spots.The thesis analyzes the content and features of TEBC; discusses the measurement problems of TEBC in terms of the index system, the selection of econometric models, etc; builds a cloud Mountain tourism carrying capacity system on this basis of the above analysis with the combination of the actual situation of Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area and at the same time gives the classification load index table. Single-factor analysis and the comprehensive index methodology are comprehensively used for calculation the TEBC of Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area and analyzing its utilization thoroughly. TEBC is measured in accordance with the measurement from the calculation weight TEBC to the calculation of integrated model of TEBC. Tourism bearing capacity utilization situation is calculated through the calculation of to tourism environment bearing quantity and tourism environment bearing index on the basis of the measurement results in TEBC. The comparison of the utilization of TEBC is mainly analysis of models of TEBC in different time and in different space.Finally, on the basis of the analyzing results with the combination of the existing conditions of Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area's TEBC, referring to the three current epidemic control methods—density dependence adjustment, environment dependence adjustment and threshold adjustment to advanced the corresponding control measures and put forward related proposals and ideas to improve the TEBC of Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area, such as measures of increasing TEBC by opening up new scenic spots, designing new touring routes and improving the reasonable transport; capacity adjustment measures of improving the uneven distribution by implementing different prices among old and new attractions and hot and cold spots.
