With the development of science and technology,more and more attention is being paid to health.The requirements of socks are not only the wearing performance.So health-care functional socks are coming into daily life and play an important role in the health of feet.But there are far more functional socks than functional panty-hose currently.The existing product cannot satisfy modem consumers and they desire more.Pearl polyester is kind of new functional fiber.This paper takes the new functional fiber to weave a new type of health-care panty-hose,which the paper does a lot of experiments of wearing performance and functional performance.Maybe this paper could spur panty-hose develop towards technology and functionality.The main points of this paper run as following:?Basing on the study of the papers and related materials,literature review is given before a summary of developing trend of functional socks and functional polyester.Focusing on health-care functional panty-hose,a survey on consumers concerning wear and purchase demand of functional panty-hose is carried out and the findings are illustrated in detail.?The superfine pearl powder was used to make the master batch,which is added while making the fiber with certain percentage.Through scanning electron microscopy and analysis of the quantity of the elements we may figure out the content of the superfine pearl powder which almost comes up to our expectations.According to the performance of pearl polyester and the practical application in production,we elect design to weave the panty-hose.?The wearing performance includes comfort,fitness,durability,appearance.Pearl polyester fabric and polyester fabric were selected as the sample for the study,and physical objective experiments including air permeability,hydroscopicity,moisture permeability,elasticity,abrasion,pilling resistance,etc.were carried out.The research result shows that pearl polyester fabric is better than polyester fabric in comfort and is worse than polyester fabric in fitness.Those two fabrics are very similar in durability.?Tests were carried out on the pearl polyester fabric including far-inferred emission ability,protection from UVR and effect of improving microcirculation.The analysis shows that pearl polyester fabric display outstanding far-inferred emission ability and protection from UVR.The nail microcirculatory prove that effect of improving microcirculation of pearl polyester fabric is better than polyester fabric.The conclusions of the paper have the reference value for future experimental research and production of health-care functional panty-hose.
