China is the homeland of tea,it has a long history. From cook food to drink, It has gradually evolved a unique cultural system. Cultural value and health value of tea itself has such a tradition of tea which activities are more and more people of all ages. As a way of bearing the most direct manifestation of this tea culture system, tea packaging in addition to their storage and transportation, and other basic functions of tea, but also it has the dual attributes of art and commerce. A variety of kinds of tea packaging design, there is a big part of the problem is still on the market. Therefore, the tea packaging design is still a great market prospects. Some brands directly named according to the type of tea, tea products and tea confuse the origin of the local culture and ties, leading to confusion tea consumption. Irrational use of traditional culture, distorts the nature of excessive consumption of tea and traditional culture.“Si Yue Tian”,is a brand to sale Henan Xinyangmaojian tea. According to the“Si Yue Tian” brand analysis, the paper put forward the brand analysis “early days of April, the source of tea” to consumer objects convey an elegant, feelings or gratitude. According to the characteristics of the brand, the design tries to apply a simple design concept, taking into account local traditional specialties.This paper introduces the Si Yue Tian tea packaging design process, including brand logo, font design, colors and packaging design series. We hope it can enhance the overall image and economic effects of this tea packaging.
