Tea is one of the most common drinks in our daily life, which has a wealth of value,especially China's tea culture is promoting the development of tea. Now stage, the production and processing of tea are by small and medium-sized enterprises, most of them use manual intervention and semi automated processing. Tea processing equipments have the minimum automation technical in agricultural machinery, especially the beat of the tea rolling process seriously affect the tea processing process, which are belonging to the bottleneck workstation, nowdays the tea twisting machine work steps are all need artificial participation, experience and technology of processing personnel to control the degree of demand is much more higher, which greatly restricts the development of tea industry.Through the investigation of tea processing enterprises and referring to literature,also researching tea processing technology, especially in rolling process of tea color, aroma,taste and shape index and its influencing factors are studied and analyzed, and obtaining the suitable leaves in rolling processing parameters.To satisfy the technical requirements as a starting point of rolling machine, each function mechanism needs analysis and design.Design a tea kneading rolling machine can adapt to various degrees of enzym-denatured leaf,and coordination work of the parameters in rolling time,rolling pressure and rolling speed, from feeding the tea to produce tea are no longer required manual intervention. To ensure the processing efficiency and the good quality of tea.The tea rolling machine pressure sensor by floating connection, pressurizing mechanism using step motor to accurate numerical pressure, and tea door using a pneumatic device to realize the function. Agencies are doing innovative optimization design, and using automatic control to realize the tea kneading function, the model of tea twisting machine based on SolidWorks 3D design software, virtual assembly, interference check and motion simulation,and it can reflect the motion relationship between the simulation animation visual and intuitive design. At the same time to use crank parts as an example to optimize the design of key components to reduce weight, and by means of finite element analysis to verify the strength.
