With the vigorous development of the automobile industry in our country, our country market's demand for the car tires is growing gradually. The new technology of tire industry that radial tyres use steel cord as skeleton is applied to more and more areas. The machine twisting steel cord, which is the development direction of steel cord production equipment, are supported vigorously by enterprises. The original production process is integrated by the twisting machine, the labor cost is reduced and the company production efficiency is improved. Focus on the steel cord twisting machine, based on the deep research about and the integration of existing steel cord production and technology, the twisting machine which manufacture steel cord is designed.The main research contents are as follow:1) The steel cord production technology is firstly analyzed, and the design scheme, working content, operating parameters of twisting machine are put forward. The enterprise's different requirements decided the design direction. Base on the requirements, the implementation of twisting and winding outside process and the control scheme of residual stress are proposed.2)In the machine body design process, the manipulator model is build by using UG NX7.5Reference to the original cord production equipment design, the miniaturized design of twisting process production equipment and the integration design of twisting and winding outside process equipment are carried out. At the same time, the speed reducer, electromotor and other function modules are also designed through calculation and validation. At last, the whole machine is assembled by using the way "bottom to up"3) The design of the twisting and wind outside machine is a complicated system engineering, and needs repeatedly validation from mechanical parts design to mechanical structure design. So the practical design work is a repeating and continuous improvement process. Finally, the finite element analysis of parts whose running speed is fast is carried out. In static analysis, the deformation of mechanical parts and structure, and the strength of structure are analyzed. In dynamics analysis, the modal analysis of the support structure of twisting device is implemented, the frequency which protects the support structure from resonance is calculated out. |
