Research On The Development Strategy Of Wastewater Treatment Enterprise Based On SPACE Model

In recent years, China’s economy has developed rapidly. however, the development model of China’s economic is still extensive. Because of the extensive mode of development, China’s economy development rapidly, but it also caused much serious environmental pollution. The growth mode of economic development which is at the expense of the environment pollution does not conform to the concept of the economic development of China, so a green and growth development path need to be found. Water is the necessary resource in human life, but in recent years, China’s water resources have been scarce, and the pollution is also very serious. There are two main problems about water resources: the first is the lack of water resources, the second is the serious water pollution.Therefor, this paper study the way promote the enterprises of development of sewage treatment. The empirical analysis objects of Shouchuang,LTD and Bi shuiyuan,LTD are choosen, because Shouchuang,LTD and Bi shuiyuan,LTD are leading enterprises of sewage treatment.The Shouchuang,LTD is a typical representative of the traditional sewage treatment enterprise, which is not only has perfect production system, but also has the good momentum of development; And the Bi shuiyuan,LTD is a typical representative of innovative sewage treatment enterprises in China. Therefore, the Shouchuang,LTD and Bi shuiyuan,LTD which two sewage treatment enterprises are analyzed, and then a development strategy of new sewage treatment is put foreward, that is advantageous to promoting the development of the two companies and advantageous to the innovation and development of other enterprises.Through comparative analysis and inductive analysis, the overall analysis and case analysis, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to find the difference between clear China’s sewage treatment technology and developed country`s.Sewage treatment plant is the present stage of environmental SPACE model is a business indicators based on its strategic effective model of comprehensive evaluation.
