| Hydrogen peroxide as an important inorganic chemical raw materials and fine chemical products, widely used in various fields. Because of its relatively mature technology,anthraquinone method become main method to manufacture hydrogen peroxide. However, lots of side reacitons occur during the process of the circulation of production, the physical properties of working solution will be changed, the viscosity of working solution will be increased, the surface tension were decreased, the effective components were decreased and the system resistance will be lost, it have great influence on the production, eventually resulting in a decline in the quality of the product. At present, alumina ball uesd as regenerant in most factory at home, to turn degradations in the working solution into effective anthraquinone,system resistance were fixed, andmake sure the whole process to get steady running.However, the application field of hydrogen peroxide become more widely,higher requirements of the hydrogen peroxide product quality were put forward, especially the life of existing regenerative agent is not long, regeneration effect were vulnerable and easily influenced by operating conditions etc. Therefore, prepared active ideal new-type regenerative agent with good stability has the very vital significance.Firstly, this paper puts forward a new type of hydrogen peroxide the development method of working liquid regeneration agent.This method by choosing activated alumina, silica, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, zirconium dioxide,titanium dioxide,then choose two of these oxides freely are combined,get =15 different combination, each combination according to the proportion of 80:20、70:30、50:50、30:70、20:80, 75 kinds of regenerant preparation, of regenerant regeneration after contact with hydrogen peroxide working solution, with the help of a positive phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) analysis of effective anthraquinone content in the working solution change.Finally,it is concluded that combination of Al2O3-MgO style of recycling agent best performance, adopting the combination regenerant can make working liquid in the effective anthraquinone content increased by 1.8595% 3.1741%, compared with traditional industrial plants using alumina ball, effective anthraquinone increased by 0.8024% 2.1170%. With combination of Al2O3-MgO style = 50:50 regenerant regeneration activity, use its regeneration after hydrogen peroxide working liquid of effective anthraquinone increased by 3.1741%. The regeneration agent has good stability, at the same time, in the working fluid is not easy to pulverization, compared with alumina materials factory ball the regenerant with effective anthraquinone in hydrogen peroxide working solution adsorption decreases. In the combination of regenerant, the activated alumina as g-Al2O3,belong to the cubic crystal system, magnesium oxide also belong to cubic crystal system. Through consulting literature materials, the regenerant of g- Al2O3 and MgO style of working liquid in the regeneration mechanism of effective anthraquinone has carried on the preliminary speculation. Secondly, this paper based on hydrogen peroxide working solution hydrogenation degradation and oxidation degradation mechanism and the working fluid have been identified in the degradation of material, the author of working liquid in the possibility of effective anthraquinone degradation reaction always make that draw the general layout of effective anthraquinone degradation reaction. |
