Hydrogen peroxide is a kind of green chemical compounds.The demand of it is rapid growth at home and abroad. At present, domestic hydrogen peroxide total production capacity has exceeded five million tons per year (calculated by 27.5%).Wherein, the most of manufacturers using anthraquinone method to product. Production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method process is including working solution preparation, hydrogenation, oxidation, extraction, purification process, and so on. The key of the development trend of anthraquinone method is to improve the unit volume of working solution's product ability, to improve the concentration of the extraction product and to improve the quality of the hydrogen peroxide.Methods of adjusting the working fluid components, improving the distribution coefficient, controling degradation products, optimizing process operation were putted forward. Tower calculation model was established and calculated verification. The conclusion is the extraction efficiency is 0.261 and this tower can be directly produce 35% hydrogen peroxide. After a period of process optimizing, the purpose of using 27.5% hydrogen peroxide production equipment to produce 35% hydrogen peroxide is achieved. The product yield and quality improved.It has good economic value.
