| Hydrogen peroxide is an important inorganic chemical raw materials and fine chemical products widely used for chemical, textile, paper, food, medicine, metallurgy, electronics, agriculture, military, environmental protection and other areas. With the rapid development of the global economy, hydrogen peroxide to continually open up application areas, the demand of hydrogen peroxide is also growing. Currently, the main productive method of hydrogen peroxide is anthraquinone process. The organic degradation of anthraquinone in the hydrogen peroxide has been a major factor affecting production, and therefore is also a research focus. This paper researches on the analysis of hydrogen peroxide solution by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) methods. And has probed the conditions of analysis hydrogen peroxide solution. The conditions of chromatography analysis of hydrogen peroxide solution: Shimadzu VP-ODS150mm×4.6mm as chromatographic column; methanol / water (70/30,V/V) as mobile phase; ultraviolet (UV) detector (230nm) and flow rate at 0.8ml/min. HPLC-MS method qualitative analysis the components of hydrogen peroxide solution such as 2-ethyl-9,10-anthraquinone,2-ethyl- 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-9,10-anthraquinone,2-ethyl-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydro-9,10-anthraqu- -inone, 2-ethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-9,10-anthraquinone epoxide and 2-ethyl-9,10- anthrone. Also synthesized a sort of degradation products named 2-ethylanthrone.the influence conditions such as enriched form, refluxing time, raw material proportion, and the kind of solvent have been reviewed. We found the more optimized conditions of this reaction are: add 8.26g 2-ethyl-9,10-anthraquinone, 8.31g stannum powder and 75ml acetic acid, and then add 2ml hydrochloric acid per 10 minutes, refluxing 1.5 hours. The analytical approach of 2-ethylanthrone has been set up. The chromatographic conditions are: Shimadzu VP-ODS150mm×4.6mm as chromatographic column; methanol / water 70/30 (V/V) as mobile phase; ultraviolet (UV) detector (254nm) and flow rate at 0.8ml/min. And 2-ethylanthranone has been qualitative analysis by HPLC-MS method. It offers the evidence for qualitative analysis 2-ethylanthrone by comparing analyzing the synthetical sample and 2-ethylanthrone in hydrogen peroxide solution. |
