Research On Ecological Philosophy Of Water Ecological Compensation In River Basin

Since entering twenty-first century,the deterioration of ecological environment has become more and more fierce.As a new type of theory and practice of ecological protection,ecological compensation has been paid more and more attention.The river basin provides the source of life--water,in all kinds of ecosystem,river basin water ecosystem is playing the most basic ecological environment supporting function.Therefore,it is necessary to study the problem of water ecological compensation from the perspective of ecological philosophy.First of all,the paper summarizes the research progress at home and abroad,and explains the connotation of river basin water ecological compensation in detail.and then the philosophical theory basis of the basin water ecological compensation is expounded from many aspects such as: ecological view,natural view,social justice,environmental justice and various ecological values.It attempts to discuss the interrelationships between these philosophical theory and watershed water ecological compensation.The difficulties faced by the practice of water ecological compensation in river basin are analyzed emphatically and reveals the various problems faced by the river basin water ecological compensation,the profound causes of these problems are analyzed from two aspects of subjective and objective reasons.Finally,methods of solving these problems are discussed in the paper,that is,to strengthen the theory education of water ecological compensation,especially strengthening theoretical education of ecological view and the view of nature from a philosophical point of view,and resolve the resistance of river basin water ecological compensation.According to the actual situation of the river basin,the ecological compensation model should be optimized according to local conditions.From the aspects of the government role,the legal system,the value evaluation method,the fund channel,the regional cooperation,and so on,it discussed how to better construct the sustainable river basin water ecological compensation mechanism.
