Since the original design flaws of the sewage pool of company H have seriously affected the company’s production safety, become a bottleneck in the development of the company. Critical chain method as more scientific and reasonable project schedule management method will provide a beneficial ways and solution to solve the problem for the project schedule management of oil/water separation for the sewage pool of company H.Based on the application of critical chain method in project schedule management of oil/water separation for the sewage pool of company H were analyzed, this paper will provide a solution for project schedule management of oil/water separation for the sewage pool of company H. This paper main use case studies, combined survey and literature research.
