In recent years, the scale of urban sewage treatment plants is increasing, while more and more complicated sewage treatment process, this trend will directly increase the difficulty of management of urban sewage treatment project design, construction, operation and maintenance phase. Also on cost control sewage treatment plant construction and operation of the various stages of proposed new requirements. To solve these problems, first of all we need from the sewage treatment plant construction investment control start, to overcome construction investment and operating costs in budget overruns.Firstly, the investment and cost of sewage treatment plant construction and operation of the various stages of identification, to identify factors that affect investment and costs. BIM technology uses traditional project management process reengineering, the various stages of substantive means of control, particularly at the design stage preparation time selection, by using gray correlation method to get hired specialized third-party BIM implementation agencies and design units become project management form the core team of BIM optimal solution.Finally, H a city sewage treatment plant and the cost BIM technology-based investment control an illustrative example, include project investment evaluation, operation and efficiency evaluation and comprehensive evaluation.
