With the rapid development of western medicine in Our country,environmental pollution is very serious,especially wastewater pollution.The western medicine industry has become one of the industries with a more serious impact on the environment.In February 2010,the Ministry of Environmental Protection for the first time released the national pollution source census bulletin,showing that the pharmaceutical industry has become one of the main discharge industries of chemical oxygen demand emissions.The treatment of western medicine wastewater is complicated,and pharmaceutical wastewater belongs to chemical synthesis.The construction cost of western medicine wastewater treatment project is large and the construction is difficult.How to effectively control the cost is a problem that every pharmaceutical company must face in order to ensure the investment of enterprises is not a problem,and the influence of engineering investment in the design stage can reach 75%~95%,so it is of great practical significance to study how to control the cost in the design stage.In this paper,the theory and method of cost control of western medicine wastewater treatment project are emphatically expounded by combining engineering practice,and the model of cost control of western medicine wastewater treatment project is constructed by comparing and selecting multiple schemes with value engineering.Through the study of Jiangxi a western medicine treatment plant wastewater treatment project,aiming at the characteristics of the pharmaceutical wastewater,in the design process,combined with the construction cost control scheme through scheme comparison to achieve the purpose of cost reduction.The final design scheme is:micro-electrolysis+Fenton+hydrolytic acidification+contact oxidation+flocculation precipitation.The pretreatment Fenton method can directly use the Fe2+existing in the wastewater after micro-electrolysis and add an appropriate amount of H2O2 to form Fenton reagent without adding ferrous reagent,which belongs to"waste to waste".Micro-electrolysis can make circular organic compounds open,and part of the macromolecular organic compounds in wastewater are converted into small molecules,which is conducive to the subsequent Fenton reaction and reduces the treatment load.At the same time,Fenton reaction can also remove or oxidize some organic compounds which are difficult to be degraded by micro-electrolysis reaction.Hydrolysis acidification pool the soluble substances,suspended solid matter degradation of macromolecular material degradation into small molecules,to remove most of the COD,and access to the contact oxidation pool for aerobic reaction,according to the characteristics of the wastewater sedimentation performance is poor,in wastewater after biochemical treatment unit,the adding flocculating agent,increase its settling,and precipitation.According to the analysis,the total investment of the project is about 948,100 yuan,and the treatment cost of unit waste water is 3.08 yuan/ton of waste water.After the waste water is treated and discharged to the standard,the enterprise can reduce the sewage fee of about 122,500yuan per year.The methods and experience summarized in this paper can provide scientific guidance and methods for cost control in the design stage,so as to save costs for western pharmaceutical enterprises and provide corresponding technical support while improving their competitiveness.
