In recent years, the speed of land use / cover change has been affected by the increasing number of global population and the accelerated process of urbanization, which is increasing year by year.Since twentieth Century, the acceleration of land use / cover change has led to the loss of habitats of many highly valued and valuable species. We only pay attention to economic development, ignoring the important consequences of biodiversity loss and habitat fragmentation.Biodiversity protection is one of the important ecological service function of land, but the biodiversity and protection of endangered wild animal is facing increasing pressure,so as to solve this serious problem, how to coordinate the various functions of ecosystem and land, the spatial distribution of land to ensure good ecological and economic development that has become one of the important issues in today's land ecology need to consider."The key provinces south of the clouds"--Yunnan has been China's biodiversity protection work, but in recent years,Yunnan province biodiversity resources suffered many natural disasters and man-made disasters, many rare animals and plants resources are on the verge of extinction. The main life in our country of Sichuan and Yunnan provinces at the junction of Himalaya, the southern margin of the Hengduan Mountains Yunling mountains between Lancang and Jinsha River,a tiny area of Yunnan snob-nosed monkey is China's unique rare wild species, but due to the development of social economy, the living environment is facing the risk of loss and fragmentation. In order to protect biodiversity resources and better promote the healthy development of production and life of Yunnan snob-nosed monkeys,it is of great practical significance to optimize the layout of cultivated land with the protection of snub nosed monkeys. This paper selects Yunnan snub-nosed monkey area as the research area, and applies geographic information system(GIS)technology to collect and process habitat distribution data and regional land use data of Yunnan snub-nosed monkeys.Using circuit theory in the study of regional connection model of Yunnan snob-nosed monkey habitat landscape connectivity analysis and evaluation, and the use of genetic distance and the minimum cost from the highest correlation assignment method based on the suitability of different land use and land cover type assignment and the establishment of ecological corridor. Then we choose the cultivated land in the corridor as the basic data, optimize the different programs of the cultivated land, and analyze the connectivity of the habitat of Yunnan snub-nosed monkeys under different schemes. Finally, according to the optimal optimization scheme, the cultivated land patches with the highest connected contribution rate are located, and a reasonable and specific strategy for optimizing the distribution of land use land is put forward.Based on the above analysis, the results obtained in this paper are as follows:1.The landscape pattern index method is applied to analyze the difference of landscape characteristics between the habitat and cultivated land of Yunnan snub-nosed monkeys,as well as their respective landscape characteristics of 15 snub nosed monkeys. The fragmentation of cultivated land is relatively higher than that of Yunnan snob-nosed monkey, and the complexity of the patch in the habitat of Yunnan snob-nosed monkey is much lower than that of the cultivated land.Habitat patch G7 area is the largest, but if you exclude the strongest gene exchange barrier,Yunnan snob-nosed monkey habitat in the surrounding radiation attractive habitat, habitat patches in G7 that is the whole distribution area of Yunnan snob-nosed monkey movement diffusion gene exchange and heart position.G15,the most distant habitat patch from other habitats,is the most severely fragmented patch in the habitat of 15 Yunnan snob-nosed monkey habitats.2.This paper studies the landscape connectivity of the Yunnan snob-nosed monkey distribution area based on the habitat patch and the resistance distance.By drawing on the current density overlay identified:(1)habitat regional connectivity is good, the central region(G5-G10)is best, followed by the northern(G1-G4),the worst for the South(G11-G15);(2)to "stepping stone" the key role of G3 and G4 on the connection patch the regional habitat patches, key areas can be used as the protection in the future;(3)the connection is not smooth patches G11 G15,to protect and restore the vegetation to other habitat patches, and other habitat that can connect with each other.3.The return of cultivated land to forest is located in the arable land between the habitats of the Yunnan snob-nosed monkey, which is considered to be the most strategic significance for improving the survival ability of the Yunnan snob-nosed monkey. In this paper,4 different schemes of returning farmland to forest in the corridor were compared. All the plans improved the connectivity of the habitats, and plan 4 provided the largest connectivity(+12.8%).4.On the basis of program 4,we determined that the 10 most suitable habitat patches formed after optimization were the most effective patches for improving the landscape connectivity of the whole Yunnan snob-nosed monkey area, and implementing specific strategies for returning farmland to forests. The 10 newly most suitable habitat patches played a role in improving the habitat connectivity of the Yunnan snob-nosed monkeys.PC index, that the global connectivity probability, increased by 1.56%.
