Telemetry Hydrological data is the basis of hydrological research,it could be used for real-time analysis,which is important in flood forecast and control.In order to tackle existing problems in data acquisition and real-time calculation,a hydrological telemetry data correction and analysis system was developed based on hybrid cloud computing technology.The concept of spatial relationship was introduced to improve the traditional method of telemetry rainfall data rectification,and Local Moran's I was calculated as the measure of spatial autocorrelation.The main research contents and results obtained are as follows:(1)On account of the huge amount and various types of hydrological data,Alibaba Cloud Service was used to build a hybrid cloud which provides a safe VPC data channel allowing data sharing between public clouds and private clouds.The hybrid cloud elastically expands the data storage capacity without high costs and complicated operations.(2)Because of widespread hydrological stations located in vast area and the great demand for data collection,a distributed data acquisition subsystem was constructed and a telemeter data storage form was designed to rapidly collect and store the telemetry site data from various regions.(3)In order to build a telemetry data distribution subsystem,CDN and P2P technologies were applied to accelerate data distribution process,and the real-time telemetry data would bypass busy Internet nodes and be transmitted through nearby idle server resources to achieve rapid data transmission.Meanwhile,abundant custom permission configurations greatly facilitate data authority administration.(4)A telemetry data analysis subsystem was constructed for dynamic hydrological stations monitoring and flood forewarning.HTML5 standard and ECharts library were used to visualize common hydrological analysis in ample demo modes.(5)The Local Moran's I was calculated for data correction.Comparing two methods while using artificial corrected data as a reference,results showed that data correction based on Local Moran's I is more effective and suitable than traditional Pauta criterion for outlier eliminating.
