Reserch On Military Equipment Management Evaluation Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Nowadays,with the development of national defense forces,a large number of new equipment has been used in military units,which has been a great impact on the fighting capacity of the grass-root units.However,with the application of advanced technology in the equipment,the equipment is becoming more and more complicated and the managing problems are increasingly striking.The traditional ways to evaluate equipment managing efficiency used by grass-root units are much more subjective.Those ways do not comply with science and can neither find management problems in time nor improve the management level which may cause errors due to the problems of equipment management.Large amounts of new equipment has been damaged without using.Moreover,the unscientific maintenance way may decrease the life of equipment.In recent years,in order to promote the army informatization construction,more and more research has been made to the information system management technology research.Therefore,in order to resolve grassroots units equipment managing efficiency evaluation problems,this paper provides the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The paper first introduces related work in our country and abroad.and states the problems existing in the management of grassroots units equipment efficiency evaluation;Second,it introduces the theoretical basis,basic conceptions,and the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;The third,if analyzes the equipment management efficiency evaluation systematically,and the concrete implementation steps;Fourth,if introduces the project of the equipment management efficiency evaluation we designed.Finally,we designe the grassroots units equipment management efficiency evaluation at length.Using a daily management efficiency evaluation of all the equipment of a infantry bridge as an example,the results illustrate that the method of evaluation on the grassroots units equipment management efficiency is effective and meaningful.The research of this paper is about grass-roots army equipment management efficiency evaluation,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,We imported a set source of 10 different expert teams to create an equipment daily management evaluation index system which contains nine first level factor and twenty-seven secondary factors.We refer the army professional opinions to divide the expert teams and the weight coefficient of the index system.In the process of evaluation,expert teams provid the corresponding comments on the basis of evaluation standards.We can calculate the evaluation data through comment sets.Finally we use MATLAB technology to clearly reflect the factors of evaluation results.The results can make units at grass-roots level managers find the problems existing in the equipment management unit.This way effectively improve the quality of equipment management,and gain the goal of enhancing the combat power of the force.
