HUNCHUN is an important typical ecological city,which is located in the northeast of our country and taken for an important strategic position.The ecosystem services that play a major role to maintain the ecological balance of the northeast and even northeast Asia.With abundant resources reserve,HUNCHUN also has played an indispensible role in biodiversity protection,especially the variety and scarcity of genetic resources,such as Manchurian tigers,leopards,Sika deer and Chinese yew and other populations which all contained in the list for protecting animals and plants of national level.Thus it's of great significance for biodiversity protection that coordinating economical development and ecological and environment protection in the process of HUNCHUN achieving the function of “Border trade port”.Therefore,the Key Species Reserve in Hunchun was selected as the object of study.Based on spatio-temporal distribution data of Landscape of key species reserve in Hunchun extracted from 1999,2005,2010,2015 Landsat8/TM remote sensing images,the thesis probes into the study area landscape evolution in recent 15 years,quantitatively analyzes the effect of human disturbance on landscape index,proposes some precautionary measures and policy advice and builds the ecological security pattern in Biological Conservation in HUNCHUN.This dissertation is mainly divided into the following sections:The first part demonstrates the background of this research,research progress,the methods of ecological security and ecological security pattern.It helps the establishment of the research purpose and significance.The second part of this dissertation describes the spatio-temporal distribution according to the method of landscape index in the last fifteen years,and explores main driving factors of landscape evolution,which lays the foundation for the next step of analyzing the effect of the main factors on landscape evolution.The third part first describes the effect of human disturbance on landscape index according to Generalized Additive Model.The conclusions show: the effect of hemeroby on the Landscape Fragmentation is most significant,and the degree of interference determines the process and trend of landscape evolution.The fourth part of this research mainly puts forward some prevention measures and management suggestions which aimed at preventing the biodiversity in the key species reserve in HUNCHUN.It is aim to identify it as the Ecological Source Region and establishing a biological conservation network by the MCR(Minimum Cumulative Resistance)model.
