Compensated neutron logging is the most common method which is used to determine the oil well logging porosity,which is a necessary condition for well logging instrument in the borehole eccentricity,the fitting degree of eccentric state and borehole instruments,directly affect the quality of logging curves,and the related interpretation of the results,the accuracy of classification of oil and gas.How to make the probe part of compensated neutron logging tool better fit to the borehole wall is a problem that must be solved in the construction of logging,and has important practical significance for the accurate understanding of formation oil and gas information.According to the drawbacks of the original spring eccentric mechanical type eccentric auxiliary equipment,this paper expounds the intelligent eccentric theory,puts forward the design of an intelligent eccentric,the intelligent eccentric can collect real-time data,according to the situation of underground underground by the ground control system,meet the demand of construction.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the original spring and other mechanical eccentric eccentric faults,the design concept of intelligent eccentric,complete the overall design of the intelligent eccentric,this scheme has the advantages of high precision,can be realized.(2)The selection of DC motor to achieve arm motion control,set up mechanical motion subsystem through a transmission rod,the motion of the spring.(3)A data acquisition subsystem is constructed by using two displacement sensors of well diameter and pressure,and communication and acquisition circuits are designed to realize the communication between the instrument and ground system and the control of up and down instructions.The correction of caliper is achieved by comparing the test data with the reference data.The diameter measuring range is from 152.4mm to 533.4mm,the accuracy is ±0.25?,the maximum thrust 270 N of the push arm.(4)Combined with the hardware design,based on the ECLIPS-5700 ground system main menu architecture,the software requirements are analyzed,the communication program of ECLIPS-5700 imaging logging system tilt angle instrument is analyzed,and the software design of the eccentric is carried out.The whole software design of the eccentric is completed,and the embedded system control program is programmed with C language.(5)Completed the manufacture of the intelligent eccentric prototype,and carried on the test experiment with the ECLIPS-5700 imaging logging system.The shortcomings of the design were analyzed,and the testing accuracy met the design requirements.
